Lower unit water leak?

[Ranger 335v]

I took the boat out of the garage today and flushed the fluid in the lower unit. Then I put the ears on it to start it up. I noticed it leaking water around the rear of the unit at a metal cap and around the lower unit seal. It is a 1986 110 hp Johnson. Is this a big deal? If so what is the fix?

Water comes out just about everywhere, considering the leg is supposed to be submerged anyway..its normal.

Just to confirm that nothing is abnormal, can you tell on this picture of the lower unit where water is coming out, that is, do you think it is coming from the inside of the engine or just overspray from the muff.

Thanks guys. I am going to assume it is normal since I drained the lower unit and refilled with no water in the oil.
