Lower Unit Trouble

I have a 1998 115 johnson and I am trying to get to the lower seal in the lower unit. I got the propeller off but don't know how to get the thrust bushing off. I don't want to break anything or mess it up. Does anybody know how to get it off.

Probably just stuck George. Use a little penetrating oil around the shaft and with a couple large screwdrivers on each side, pry up. Should pop free.

thanks, it finally poped free. Had to push in on the connecting rod up top where the shift lever hooks up.
