I am having difficulty separating lower unit on 1965 evinrude 9.5 hp motor. I have removed all bolts but can not separate. I could use some advice.<br /><br />Thanks
If you removed a bolt for the trim tab and removed the trim tab look for a bolt inside that hole. It can only be seen from underneath. I missed that bolt with my 135HP evinrude.
