135 HP optimax has run beatifully for a long time. It was slightly submerged recently up to the bottom of the bottom carb. After replacing fuel that did have several cups of water in it and changing out the fuel/water separator, spark plugs, the motor has the following symtoms.
RPMs will rev to 3500 rpm in neutral but only 2000 in gear. The boat cannot reach plane. Through unplugging sparkplug wires, i believe one of the cylinders in not firing.
Is it a blown Cylinder?
Now what do I do?
