Five months later after the untimely death of my
father, death struck again and my mother died in horrible plane crash
that
took the lives of more than 65 persons on 16/07/2005 in my
country(EQUATORIAL GUINEA). Re: Looky What I Got In My E-Mail!!

Attn: The President /Ceo
FROM: PRINCESS F. SEISO
Greetings!
I know you will be surprised to read a letter from me, consider this as a request from a family in dare need of assistance. I am {PRINCESS F. SEISO}, the wife of late Brigadier {JOHNSON SEISO} from Angola. I, on behalf of my late husband and my only son, Jonathan, decided to solicit for your assistance to transfer the sum of US$20.5million{Twenty Million, Five Hundred thousand United State Dollars} inherited from my late husband into your account or private bank account.

Before the death of my husband, he was a Brigadier In charge of Arms and Ammunition Procurement for the Angolan Army. In his WILL, he specifically drew my attention to the sum of US$20.5million,which he had deposited in a safe box of a Private Security Company in Johannesburg, South Africa.Infact, he said and quote "My beloved son, I wish to draw to your attention to the sum of US$20.5million.I deposited the said box containing the fund in a Security Company in Johannesburg, South Africa.
During the war, I was very dedicated and committed to winning the war against the rebels until when I found out that some Senior Army Officers and Government Functionaries were busy helping themselves with Government funds and properties, sending them to foreign countries. Due to this, when I and former special adviser to the President were assigned by the President (Jose Eduardo Santos) to purchase arms from South Africa, he saw this as opportunity to divert the money for our personal use. When we divided the money, my share was US$20.5million .I did this incase of my absence due to death so that you, JOHANTHAN, your two sisters and your mother wouldn't suffer. You should solicit for assistance of a reliable and sincere foreign partner to assist you to transfer this money out of South Africa for Investment. I deposited the box in your name and you alone with the deposit code can claim it. Your mother is with all the documents; take good care of your mother and your two sisters. Do not disappoint me! Good-bye.
From this word of my late father, you will understand that the lives and future of my family depend so much on this fund as such I will be grateful if you can assist us. Now what I want you to do for us as an International partner is to help us clear this sum from the security company using your name as the beneficiary of the fund. You can contact my son (JONATHAN) who is now in South Africa on his telephone number +27 73-788-1581 or through his email jonathanseiso@yahoo.com, for more details.

We have agreed to give you 20% of the total sum for your assistance and 5% for the expenses that might be incurred in the course of the transfer and the remaining 75% for the family investment abroad, which you will also assist us to materialize. Further information and discussion about this transaction will commence as soon as you give us the assurance and confidence that this money will be safe when transferred to your account and, please treat this matter with urgency.

Thanks and God bless.

Regards,

Princess F. Seiso (MRS)

Forward the mail to the postmaster and you will receive a wonderfully nebulous response.

You can look forward to seeing that exact letter from different email accounts, and even from the same email accounts multiple times.

One thing that might slow it down is to reply with nothing in the body of your email except the words XXXX OFF MUGU

where XXXX = a four-letter word starting with "F"

Re: Looky What I Got In My E-Mail!!

I recently got one from Nigeria. Knowing a little about the leadership there (had lunch with some of the senators before) I emailed back saying how sad I was when I heard of the said person's death, gave the date and cause of death, remembered good times we had and said, "funny though, I never remember YOUR name being mentioned." Never heard from them since! Guess I lost out on that part of the inheritance! So long new bass boat!

Re: Looky What I Got In My E-Mail!!

This fraud has been going round for a few years. You would not believe the number of people who have jumped on this and got ripped off. Even more poeple bring these E-mails in to me and ask me if it is ligit.

An even more popular one from the same group, they find things for sale on the net., Especially dogs, horses, cattle, any livestock. They agree to buy the product. They then agree to send the money plus shipping. They also send anywhere from $5000 to $25000 extra to cover any "hidden costs". They request the balance sent to them western union through many different avenues.

The last one I investigated was for dogs. They sent many letters back and forth instructing the seller what to do. They told him to go to a "check cashing store" because they arranged to fed ex the cashiers check on Friday afternoon. Then immediately send them the remainder of the money. By the time the banks opened and found the cashiers check was forged, they already had money in their hands and the victim was out.

I tracked this one from a bank in Chicago who was the victim of the counterfeit check. They immediately knew that the check was a fraud becuase they arte hit with them every day. From there it went to another export company in New York which was false. From there to a holding company in London. They too are victims in this. From there back to San Diego, then to Nigeria. The only group or company that knows about this is in Nigeria.

The kicker, the United States government has no working agreement with Nigeria. They will not work with our FBI on these cases, so these people are running a billion dollar scam out of that country.

One other guy here was refurbishing laptop computers and selling them online. He got ripped off big time. He though it was a good way to make an extra buck, he even "ripped them off" by keeping a couple thousand extra. He sent back about $10,000 to them. Imagine his surprise when he foun dthe check to be counterfeit. Oh and he also shipped the computers, about 12 or so. They were lost in between all of the "holding companies" lost in space shipping around from place to place. Probably sitting in a customs warehouse somewhere waiting to be claimed.

The best part, when he triued cashing the check at every bank within 100 miles, they all refused. SO he being the wise man he was traded it for meth to a local cook. When they tried to cash it they got a little upset with him. They got their money out of him later. He had 3 of the checks from them, and had only traded one, so he went to another state for work. While there he got one of his employees to cash one, only they changed the amount. This employee is now in prison for his trouble.

We are not the only country being victimised by these frauds. France and a few others are also getting hit regularly. But the Nigerian government won't work with any of the countries to stop it.
