Looking for info on my new boat GD Simpson model TK152

Hi,

I recently picked up this GD Simpson model TK152 tri-hull boat and am looking for any info on it. Would anyone have an owners manal? or any referenc documentation? I came with a Mercury 402 40HP motor, is this enough motor for fishing?

I plan on restoring this boat.

Well I've been on this site for a while and read a lot of posts and I've never heard of that boat. So I'm thinking you aren't going to find much on that. A factory service manual for your outboard however, would be well worth seeking out. I know where to find Johnson/Evinrude manuals but I'm not sure about Mercurys. Throw a post up in the Mercury section and I'm sure the guys there will tell you.

A 40HP should be fine for most things on a 15' tri-hull. (not much for waterskiing though )
