looking 4 sterring cable

Hi was wondering if any1 new anywere to get a steering cable for a 1976 85hp johnson not sure of the leanth mayb 14 ft since the boat is a 15 ft boat,not sure tho mayb u no or som1 could tell me,were can i get them or anything as ebay has none yet.....Bob

Bob,look at the Iboats store site ,it sells steering parts.It should also have a text that explains how to measure.There is also another forum for steering questions,on iboats

First, you have to figure out who made the steering. There is more than one brand, y'know.

how do i find that out theres no numbers ,or any thing ,just no it on a 1971 fabalose boat with a 85hp johnson
