Cancer on the starboard side of transom only, it just crumbles when you touch it, so bad the last two feet of floor on that side were the same way, the port side of transom is solid as can be, clearly was some water weeping there.

A friend removing the top of the gunwale from the islander to put over the holiday gunwale, whoever did the islander conversion had to cut big 4"x6" holes in the top of the holiday gunwale to get access to put nyloc nuts on the bolts he used to put the islander cap on.

Luckily not much poured in foam. Just regular styrofoam all cut nicely to fit and it was all bone dry, under the tank there was three garbage bag that had poured in foam in that was saturated in water and heavy, but easy to remove since it was in bags, sure glad the whole boat was not full of that stuff.
