Livewell drain in 1989 Stratos

I just bought a 1989 Stratos and in the livewell, I see two mesh screens but no drain hole. How do I drain it?

There should be a lever by where the key goes in. This lever will open and close a valve that is located on the drain line that exits the boat. Yours may have disconnected for some reason.
