Live well Pump Out

Hey!I hope this is right location. If not let me know! I have a 2000 19 SS Extreme. I have a pump in, recirculate, empty, and aeration. Port and Starboard. I would like to put in a pump out, for the live wells. How hard, would this be? And what parts to buy?
