From the looks of the site it appears they changed to either a new host or some new software. Its likely more complex then what was there before and taking a long time to complete.
He may need some help getting that all back in shape. I do see some of it slowly started to mention the old content but the pics are distorted a bit and the text is still missing but someone is making the attempt.
