Hello troop's, I purchased a 2003 Aqua Sport 175 CC, w/h a 115 Suzuki 4 stroke, the boat and engine have less than 300 hours run time on them, she's pretty much a very new combo, here's the issue I'm having, at speed she has a pretty hard lean to the left, I've tried the hydro foil on the engine, no luck, I have installed a set of automatic "Trim" tab's, NOPE! Neither have brought the boat to run true and flat at speed. I'm out of option's? Side note, I'm not a boat guy, I'm a retired mechanic so working on equipment is a non-issue, any ideas on the hard lean?

While this may sound dumb, I have saw it many times.....is the motor hanging off the transom correctly ? Have saw a few that hang at an angle, or the transom cutout was not parallel to the bottom if the hull, especially on glassers. Another issue could be a dent ( hook) in the hull causing a list when on plane. Mabry some videos to help us see your issue...good luck

" I'm not a boat guy"

I'm responding based on this.
Do you mean "leaning" or "turning".
Some outboards have an adjustable trimming tab on the lower unit that's also an anode. This trimming/anode tab is used to straighten the boat, if needed, at speed once properly trimmed.

Also, you change props to keep engine rpm's in the manufacturers specified rpm @ WOT (wide open throttle) , not to correct an untrimmed situation.
