leaking fuel

1997 120 force ran a little rough but noticed it is leaking fuel from back of carb or carbs any help
also noticed oil leak in engine

Most likely one or more carb float valves are leaking it may be time to rebuild carbs with special attention to cleaning.Can you be more specific about the oil leak.
If it has oil injection there could be a line leaking.
otherwise it is a 2 stroke so there is no oil of any volume in the power head.

thanks its a 2 stroke thought it was oil but it's little puddle of fuel sitting in engine

You will need to rebuild those carbs, soak in carb cleaner for 24hrs and then use compressed air to clear out all little hard to reach places ...
