Leaking fuel Rail "O" Rings - 1994 Johnson 175

engine sat for about 2 years and when I primed it with the primer bulb they started leaking . my question is there any special process to installing the new o rings ,,like greasing them or should they be installed dry
and
and is there an updated part to compensate for ethanol fuel

A super thin wipe of a lubricant aids in inserting them.
