Leak from transome

I have a 2012 Cobalt 276 with a Volvo dpsb outdrive. I am getting a substantial leak coming from what appears to be below the y exhaust port. I have attached a picture but also have video of the leak if that helps. Do you think this needs a transom seal? Is there a temporary fix for this? I am getting ready to take my family to a lake house for the week. Is there anything I can do to slow this leak? I'm pretty handy, but if I have to pull the engine I think that's a little beyond my expertise.
Thank you for any help you can provide. I appreciate you all.

You are pulling the drive every year for the annual maintenance, correct?

Could be bellows, however with that size leak, that would mean your U-joints are toast.

Start with pulling the drive. Check the alignment, gimbal bearing, u-joints and bellows.

Go from there. If it's not one of those, the motor is coming out to go further

There is no shortcut

I did pull the drive over the winter. Bellows are not leaking. I am guessing I am getting about 5 gallons an hour from that leak.

Pull the leg again. Best case maybe the bellows just wasn't put on good.

My lower exhaust one was always a pain to put back on.
