My Dad bought a '72 Cobalt 18' runabout when I was a kid and I remember some of the trips like they were yesterday.
My only time on Powell was about 12 years ago, after pulling the old travel trailer through Zion, camping in Page and taking a tour boat into slot canyons.
We then proceeded to Jacob Lake RV park with the intent of fishing before going to the North Rim. I asked the camp host where I could get a license and where's the lake? No lake just a name.
