There are about 15 Mercruiser keys. And about 10 cabin keys. My cabin used to have the same key as my tool box and the cabs on many construction equipment

Check with your dealer

There should be a number on both the key switch found on the front side of the switch and/or if you happen to have the original key a number may be on it too… same goes with the cabin door lock, on the inside there should be a number in the black sliding part if I recall correctly and the key should have a number on it if you happen to have that as well.

Search Marine,

Also try looking up Mobella Boat Key for Cabin Doors and Latches and input your number, https://www.lostakey.net/index.php?...esult&keyword=mobella&search_in_description=1

Well guys, thanks for the input but if I could get the code or had another key I'd be good but I got zip. Maybe a locksmith can pick it and get the code.
Thanks

you stated you lost the spare keys. indicating you still have a set. visit the dealer. they can match up the factory ignition key, and will most likely have the cabin key as well.

Most tumbler type locks are super easy to drill out, and you can then just replace the cylinder

As it turned out I did find my keys in my truck where I always keep them. I've really been supercareful with them knowing it would be a pain in the ass to re do- and it was silly as it was so easy to order replacements with the codes.

Just wondering if you used the place I linked above? I ordered a few keys from them and their website makes it pretty easy and the keys worked without issue.👍
