Key Switch - Motor Does not turn off

I recently installed a new shift cable today. I must have disconnected or broke a wire when installing the cable. The motor turns on, but will not turn off with the key. (fuel gauge does not work as well)

The motor will turn off when the lanyard is pulled. Can anyone give suggestions for things to look for ? In the off position, what wire kills the engine ?

you may have accidentaly knocked and loosened the black\yellow (kill) wire or the black (ground) wire(s) on the key switch.
