Keep throwing the serpentine belt

I have a 07, Glastron, GT 185 with a 4.3 litre Penta Volvo I/O with less than 100hrs. I am on my second serpentine belt. The belt is sometimes noisy it's squeals at low rpms and comes off once in a while. I can't see any alignment problems. Are these motors prone to this problem due to the lenght of the belt?

No they are not prone to the problem, unless there is a problem with one of the items the belt runs on. Remove the belt and see if all the items turn free or not. Are any of the idler pulley bearings rough? What is the full model number of your engine? There is several versions in each year, and 2007 means nothing.
