Kawasaki Jet Ski STX 1100 and water coming into the engine compartment while at full throttle;

Dear All,
I have Kawasaki Jet Ski STX 1100 and water coming into the engine compartment while at full throttle; I can’t see any water coming in while the Jet Ski is stationary. I also internally filled the hull up with fresh water while the Jet Ski is on the trailer and I could not see any water leaks coming from inside to the outer side. Hence there must be a seal or intake issue, can you please direct me what should I check and how?

Tie the rear of the ski to shore or something that will hold, even an anchor. Remove the seat and give it throttle
