just bought 93 dynasty with merc 4.3 w/merc outdrive

besides a normal tuneup what are some things i should look for?
what is the stock prop pitch?
as far as props go i know you guys have experemented with different pitches.
which one have you found to be best for all around and higher speed?
wont be pulling often just once in a while.
also i have a cooling mist h2o/methanol injection system im thinking of putting on the boat.
thoughts?
i already run a system on my diesel just wondering if anyone has experimented with this before.
