I am new here and i know there is good info on engines here so i joined. But to my point i took my boat out today and i have a 74 johnson 60 2 cycle and i was running a little faster then idle about 2 mph. I then tried to increase my speed and it died after about half speed. I started it again and it did the same thing. It doesn't die until it is reved up and then it kills. I was wondering what might be wrong with it?
