johnson seahorse??

Hi all this is my first post and would like to say this seems like a really nice forum.So my first ?? is I have two johnson sea horse motors model#hd-25 ser#66069 and model #td-20 ser#54384 I would like to know what year and hp these two motors are they are both complete and both have good spark and compression the carbs are pretty gummed up but seem very simple to tear down and clean . What would the carbs be set to initially start these motors? any advice would be great I am attempting to get one of them going for july long weekend to take the family fishing.

HD-25 is 1946-1950 2.5HP

TD-20 is a 1946-1949 5HP
