Installed new condensers and got running.

Let the engine warm up runs OK.
Problem:
Water spits out around gear shift lever.
Top Piston #1 is hot while #2 is warm.

What parts do I need to fix these problems?

The engine has a new impeller and rebuilt carb.

sounds like the water tube is ajar, or the grommet is bad, maybe adapter plate gasket.

Water coming out the shifter lever is because the o-ring is shot or missing. You have to pull the powerhead again to get the shifter shaft out. OR, you can just ignore it.
