Anyone know the year or HP? What are the points set at? Missing small round part that opens points and rides on cam of crank. I'm willing to make but don't know what material I should use. I suspect it needs to be made from non-metalic material. Any ideas?

1938 1.1 hp. More than that I cannot tell you. Go to www.aomci.org and go to the Ask-A-Member forum. Ask there. Someone will have all the information you need, probably including a parts list and exploded view.

Finding the parts, however, could be a chore, but they can help you with that, too.
