I have a 1996 Johnson OceanRunner. My ignition switch is acting up. It is getting real sloppy. Can anyone tell me how to replace it? I have side mount controls and the key inserts into the back of the controller.
open control box carefully, and swap them out. if you are not mechanically inclined, pay the service dept to do it. they can be tricky to put back together.
