I just replaced my old 1974 Johnson 25 with a 2002 model. The old 74 was converted from tiller to controls a while back. I was able to connect everything to the new motor ( also a tiller )<br />except the gear shifter. The 2002 has a front mounted shifter instead of the typical side shift. I don't have any idea how to connect this <br />front mounted shifter. Are there any conversion parts, or kits for this ? Thank You !
