Johnson DT 39

I recently bought a 12' motorboat and I know this is going to sound stupid . But does anyone know the fuel to oil ratio for a Johnson seahorse DT 39?

DT-39 is a 1939 5HP.

I would use a 16:1 fuel mix. Though I am not sure that is exactly correct I am reasonably sure it would be safe.

Champion J8C plugs gapped at .030"
