i sourced out the bubble back and filler blocks today.

You may want to re-think using the 90 hp manifolds. Keep in mind when you re-bolt replacement exhaust filler blocks, you will have to have a machine shop take a pass over the exhaust chest. All exhaust surfaces must be perfectly flat-to accomodate the bubble back exhaust covers.

The block and the filler blocks are at the machine shop now

I got the powerhead back today from the machine shop along with the machined filler blocks. I also have the two pieces of the bubble back exhaust plate. Well thats the good news the bad news is the crank is damaged from the water being inside the powerhead. So now I need to find a crank and a rod.

I've had good luck with used cranks from Boat Recyclers of Wilmington. The advertise a lot on Ebay. They tear down a lot of engines and usually have a good supply of used crossflow parts. They gave me prompt, courteous service.
