kbait's answer is the best you will likely get as http://www.sschapterpsa.com/ramblings/Ramblings.html is the end all be all 9.9-15hp johnson site at least in my opinion. hint.....thinking you are going to want some good zip ties. Also suggest reading the rest of his site... nothing that engine could do after reading it that would be able to daunt you in the least.
