johnson 88spl compression in the 60's

Just bought 15' Larson w/ Johnson 88spl 93 model. In doing all normal things like chg lower unit lube, spark plugs, fuel, etc I run a compression test and am getting 65,60,58,60 PSi. Did I do something wrong or could this be normal? Being within 10 PS I is comforting but why so low? I saw a post where someone was getting 120 from same model motor. I did test w all plugs out and cranked for 4 sec.
Anybody have any insight to this reading? All replies appreciated!!!

oh and while I haven't had a chance (thanks to tropical dep) to put it in the water it runs and sounds fine at idle and up to around3000 rpm no load.
