Johnson 70Hp older - Manufacture date?

I just recieved an older Johnson Outboard I would like to get info on. Can you tell me the age of the motor?
Model# 70ESL75E
Serial# J4286032
I need the age to get a repair manual.

BTW, the trailing letter (E) usually indicates a model run or change during the model year. It is important on your motor because the change was to a strictly mechanical gearcase from the prior hydraulically assisted gearcase.
