Johnson 70hp 1993 electrical connector

I just bought a used outboard motor Johnson 70 hp 1993 model VE70TLETS and I cant find what needs to be plugged in some electrical connectors (see picture circled connectors).
I know that the oil tank has been cancelled.

Can anybody help me

that is vro and oil tanks stuff, don't worry about it.
