hello i have lost my key for the ignition on my bombadier remote , i have looked on the ignition barrel and the only number i can find is 108 or 801 not sure as its hard to tell , can anyone helpme find the right key as changeing the ignition is a bit of a problem wires are so short , please help i have tried looking my self but cant find the number anywhere .

A lot of OEMs have only a few keys for all the ignition locks. Merc, for example, has about 10 different keys.

If you have a parts place for your motor nearby, they may be able to try a few keys until they find one that works.

i have bought about 5 keys on ebay they fit in but no luck , if i cant get one i will maybe try force one see if it goes , then i will hve to replace barrel which i was hoping not to as wires are very short and awkward , but if needs must i will thanks for reply .

Amazinly my brother lost the key. Wondering what to do, I took the key from the master lock for the pumphouse at the cabin. One of those really small locks. It's been working for over 20 years. Shot in the dark.......
