what year? atleast 5200 not over 6000.

Depends on the hull and how it responds to prop rpm. It'll start to give up (reed flutter) at about 6200-6300. Boyesens will cure that, 6500 or so isn't a problem. On most recreational boats 5800 or so is fine.

so with the boyesen reeds turning 6000 rpm would be safe?
