Rebuilt carbs last summer, Motor ran fine until I started the motor to winterize. The engine flooded and would barely run. when I pump the primer bulb fuel come out the center carb.I removed the carb and checked the float adj. It was ok and there was no trash in fuel.needle and seat look fine. Could float be bad?
