I have to agree Bob, usually any jet ski thread plays out like the Jerry Springer show. This one started off that way but somehow was diffused before the baby momma drama and the slap fight!!

For the record, I think that every annoying jet ski tendency is inherent in there design. I people wanted a quiet ride that didn't disturb people or cause a wake they would buy a row boat or a sunfish sailboat. Going fast and jumping wakes is kind of the whole point for most jet ski operators. Take that away and you are just sitting on the water on a tiny piece of fiberglass. Boring!!

As mentioned above, many of us have had bad experiences with jet ski's so many times that you really do think they are all idiots. Obviously that's not the case as I have seen jet ski's being driven very carefully and always making sure they are well away from other boaters, although I must say it's the exception to what I normally see.

this is ridiculous. the forum rules. several of you are at fault here. correct it your self this time.

5 - PERSONAL ATTACKS - No slandering another iboater (calling names, personal attacks). It is ok to respectfully disagree with a person, but it is not ok to personally attack. Any person placing offensive, obscene, abusive or derogatory posts on the board will be penalized appropriately.
