Many hours and $$$$$ of hard work.
you guys have been a huge help.
boat not complete, still have to run wiring, fuel, and battery.
but getting close.

Thank you Tommy. I honestly could NOT have gotten it this far without help from this forum.
My family and I can't wait to put it on the water and let it rip....lol

And you did it yourself so every time you go out you have that little extra satisfaction.

I have a v bottom aluminunm but stripped it to the keel and redid it so every nut bolt and screw was placed by me the way I wanted it done, pretty cool.

I build pontoons for a living and your picture sequence is just about like it happens in the factory, good job.

One tip, saw in one pic you have to tube blocked in the middle, you want to block it where the nose cone meets the main tube and at the very back catching the back of the tube.

People forget they are hollow.

5150abf can u explain the issue better. Im not sure whatcha mean. Which picture did ya catch it? Maybe that would help me see what u see.

Ok you mean blocked as in chalked or supported on the pontoon stands.
i went back and looked at pictures...lol
if thats what ya mean. Got it! Lol thanks for tip.

The tubes are hollow except for at the middle seam, nose cone seam and endcap, those are the places you want to support the boat because they have some kind of baffle or plate for support.
