Just look on www.yachtworld.com search J-22 and narrow it down buy you area

The other way to go is the J-22 class( http://www.usaj22.com /) and find the fleet in your area as somebody is allways ready to move on

Also look into a J24, great PHRF boat and loads of them on the used market with trailers under 7k.
Also similar to the J24 but a bit more comfortable and some say safe is the Merit 25.
