I've done it again

Hi guys, I've done it again. I've bought another boat motor that I know nothing about. It's stuck, and that may be the least of it's problems. I only want to make it reasonably run so that I could conceivably use it. To restore it cosmetically is more than I can handle for sure. I don't know the model, year or anything except it's an Evinrude with this number on the plate: 4209-04615. I got it off Ebay for $20 plus shipping, so you can imagine its' condition. What can y'all tell me about it? Anything?
I'll take whatever suggestions you may have. Oh! It's got two cylinders,(opposed), I do know that much. Many Thanks,

Can you send us a pic? For $20, you could probably sell it for a lot more to Fish/Shrimp restaurant as a decoration item. ;)

I can maybe send a pic after it's delivered, maybe the end of next week.

If you have hopes of turning it into a runner, I would suggest getting a shop manual and parts list and owner's manual from outboardbooks.com.

Yep, It's kinda obvious that the biggest thing holding this motor back is gonna be the ignorance of the owner. I gotta get me some reading material first. Thanks guys for excellent suggestions.
