itty bitty drain tubes.....??

The dash on my boat has a recessed area. In the corner is a small drain fitting. Seems to be rubber or nylon. I'd like to replace it, and add another in the opposite corner.
I've looked at impact drains for things like anchor lockers and live wells, but they all seem a bit too large. The existing one looks to be about a quarter inch in diameter at the hole. And a flange of about three eights O.D.
Anyone familiar with these, or where I might locate some!

Thanks....

Picture might help.

My only start of an idea would be to use some mild steel fuel line. Perhaps could make a smaller version on the home made tube flanger that's been post here often for doing the larger drain tubes.
