Finally got my outdrive back together today after changing impeller and seals. Got her hung back on the boat, checked over the trailer wiring (only one bulb out of 10 not working 
), took her out and filled with gas, hooked up to the hose, and after a few pumps of the throttle to get fuel to the carb she roared to life! Running steady @600 rpm, temp steady at 150*, oil @ 50psi, life is good!! Supposed to have a high of 2*C tomorrow with chance of flurries but I think a little shakedown cruise is going to be necesary! D@mn the snowflakes, full steam ahead!
