Islander transom specs?

I have looked through lots of threads and I am wondering if there is some measurement specs for the transom wood or if I am gonna have to meticulously measure this out to fit properly. Any and all thoughts are appreciated, thanks.

Not likely to find specs for any Islander, but more then 1 brand offered an Islander model, so who made yours?

Accurate measurements, yep. Meticulous? Not the word I'd use, but, perhaps....

Yes it's a starcraft islander 1973, mercruiser 120 i/o, I didn't really believe there would be any specs on the transom wood, but I was hoping, there are some not so friendly angles and drops to cut and get just right to fit into the channel properly.

that I can remember.

2 pcs of 3/4ply and a 3/8in horse collar for the I/O at the keyhole. IIRC, a few used 1/2in for the horse collar. Want the transom thickness at the thru hole to be 2-2.25in thick.

Yeah I have read up on it alot, two sheets of 3/4, 1/2 at the keyhole. Was hoping someone had measurements of the whole transom, but not needed wasn't that big of a deal after all. Have my template made now, just have to get the rest together tomorrow and back together we go. Thanks again.
