Should a starcraft islander have carpet extending from the dashboard under the windshield about 1.5 inches out on to the top of the cabin roof? 1988 vintage.

My '82 Islander does not have carpet under the windshield.

My 68 Islander did have carpet under the windshield. It was blue.

I have an 88 Hardtop and it has blue carpet on the dash.
