Used it for my MS 2000 work machine. Apparently MS no longer supports it, or at least, so they said. Hope it will not try to change again when the end of March rolls around.
I downloaded bjcsc's link for my 2000 machine and it worked. My main XP machine did it with no prompting. What's going to happen the next time they decide to change DST? Same scramble with older OS's I suppose.
I hope bjcsc's little program disabled 2000's normal DST change function. I guess we will see come last weekend in March.
