Is this Prop shaft seal okay!?

I have a 1986 Mariner 20 hp that I've purchased last winter. I started it last weekend for the first time. Since then I've noticed black oil leaking from the prop area...

I did a bit of homework and read the following: http://forums.iboats.com/engine-frequently-asked-questions-faq/oil-leaking-around-lower-unit-iwombat-207285.html

To me it looks and smells like unburned 2cycle oil but not totally convinced. I didn't suspect that there would be that much... I did have the engine idling for a few minutes though...

I decided to remove the prop to have a look at the seal but I'm a rookie in the outboard department and can't tell if this seal looks normal.

Help?

Thanks!!

Oil dripping from lower is normal. Shaft seals are tested under pressure and vacuum.
