Is this manifold ok?

I took off my manifold to inspect it & see if I could find evidence of a suspected vacuum leak & thought I'd get some input from you guys on how they look. They seem to look ok to me, but wanted a 2nd opinion as I've never had manifolds off before & I have no idea how old these are (boat is nearly 32 yrs old):

Ayuh,... It don't look like the gasket was breached, 'n they ain't to clogged up,....

Drag a flat file across the gasket faces to clean 'em up, 'n Then look for erosion...

So that's what a 30yr freshwater manifold looks like inside, this is a freshwater boat right?
How are the exhaust manifolds going to effect engine vacuum, I think it's the intake manifold your after?

Yes. Intake & exhaust are all part of the same manifold on a 4 cyl. I had never had them off so I wanted to inspect them because I think they're original (ie 32 yrs old). Looking for any gasket leaks or mating issues in the process.

I think my vacuum issue is due to the carb not being tightened down enough however, but it was still du to have the manifold inspected.

Actually looks good if it's really that old.
The place that goes bad first is where the most heat is.Like the bottom of the manifold.Or the bend in the riser.J
