Is my mercury oil injected?

Many of us can hear that.-----But many folks say---- " Hurray, it runs and therefor there is nothing wrong " !!----That is my opinion only.

Turn up the Radio, and the noise goes away

It almost sounds a bit like the Clutch Dog slipping, then grabbing. However since the Microphone is picking up sound from everywhere...
I wonder if it run in Neutral, would the sound be the same...
