Hey guys, need your input. Last summer purchased an `03 Chaparral 243 Sunesta, Volvo 5.0 gxib engine with approximately 400 hours on it. When I put her away for the winter, she was running strong, no problems. I was putting together a spring cleaning list for the boat and wonder if I should consider replacing the distributor cap, rotor and plug wires as part of preventative maintence or let it go for another year or so.

If it is running well, then maybe save for next year. You could always take a look inside the cap and decide accordingly.
