IS 427 A - freon sold in small cylinder like auto 134a replaces R 22

Does anybody know if 427a is sold in smaller cylinders ? like 134 a freon for cars ?
Its a replacment for R 22 , I need a little too top off ,

This year my little network of repair people are out of R 22 , Phased out , You can buy it but have too be a licensed tech its sold in 25 lb cylinders , costly ,
